Instyle Pergolas Production Service

Our design team will come out to your home and prepare a site measure for your local council. That's right, Instyle Pergolas take sole responsibility of your council requirements.

The council submission includes:-

• Site Plans

• Drawings

• CT (Certificate of Title) Search

• Structural Calculations

• Structural Specifications and Development Requests

You do not need to worry about measurements, strengths, wind speeds or angles - Instyle Pergolas takes care of all this for you. We have engineering specifications and calculations submitted to every council area we service, this minimises delays in having your project approved.

Instyle Pergolas liaise with the Council Planning, Building & Engineering Departments to answer any questions they may have regarding your project - 91% of our design applications are approved within 4 -6 weeks with a 99% overall approval rate - another good reason to get in style with Instyle Pergolas.

Once we have received council approval we can then start manufacturing your project.

Manufacturing

Every job Instyle Pergolas manufacture is unique in its own way. Therefore it is difficult to give you a basic run down of how your projected would be manufactured.

Please feel free to ask your Design Consultant how your job will be processed in our modern factory.

Once we have finished your manufacturing process, we can then organise delivery from us to you.

Delivery

Instyle Pergolas provide tailor designed pergolas and decks Australia wide to suit any outdoor entertaining area. Our clients come from all around Australia including Victoria , Queensland , Western Australia and Sydney .

The majority of deliveries are made as close as possible to access with a crane truck.

Interstate and Country Deliveries can be picked up direct from our factory or we can deliver to a depot in Adelaide to have it transported from there to you.

When your materials have been delivered we can then arrange installation.

Installation

Installation of your outdoor structure is arranged immediately after delivery. The reason we arrange installation as soon as we deliver is because we do not want our materials being subject to the outdoor weather.

Now you may be thinking that the materials will be subject to the weather even when the structure is installed. This is true, but when the structure is locked in place the timber is unable to move.

So for this reason a team of licensed carpenters will be there to install your structure a few days after delivery.
